This years Easter was a bit different…as Joe had a 24hr shift at the hospital, so it was just me and the kids all day. We were lucky enough to get dad for a minute to watch the kids find their baskets + eggs from the Easter Bunny, but in the middle of it he was passing out. (and when I say middle I mean a whole 5 minutes into it) haha. It was Houston’s first Easter and the big kids were beyond excited for him!! Holidays with kids are just so much more fun!! We headed to church, dyed easter eggs, took naps and then had quick little dinner with friends. We didn’t do anything super fancy this year, but it was still so simple and special.

The little people are still hiding eggs at our house and Houston is rolling all over the place after them. Who knows if I’ll ever put them away — apparently they’re better then toys! haha. We hope you all had a great Easter with family and friends!! xx
