I bought myself this Oura ring back in July, and I genuinely love it! I was so sick of my bulky Apple Watch and getting notifications all the time. The ring tracks literally everything…. your stress, REM sleep, steps, etc. A lot more than the Apple Watch, and it’s been so interesting to learn more about myself! I also love these silicone protectors if I’m working out or something.
: 8- SKYLIGHT CALENDAR
This skylight calendar has been my favorite thing for years. It hooks up to your Google Calendar so everyone’s activities can be seen! Each of our kids has their own color, and I love that it just keeps everyone on the same page with our schedule!

I bought this viral vibration plate a couple of months ago and I am obsessed! I use it every morning for about 15 minutes when I’m brushing my teeth and doing my skincare. It’s great for relaxation, circulation, blood flow, muscle recovery, inflammation, and lymphatic drainage! Love starting my morning off with it.
