My Daily Vitamins and Supplements

Do you take daily vitamins and supplements? I’m not gonna lie, I was pretty terrible at this until about the last 4 years or so when I really started to put more of a focus on healthy living and taking care of my body. I started really simple with a just a generic multivitamin. Over the years I have slowly added in beneficial things as I’ve done my research. Since I get asked a lot what I take and why, today I thought I would walk you through kind of a run through of my vitamins and supplements routine.

I always start my day off with my collagen. Out of everything on this list of vitamins and supplements I will share, this is the one I have noticed the BIGGEST difference in so many different ways. If you are unfamiliar with collagen, I share all about it in this post, but to summarize, it is the most abundant protein in your body. It actually makes up about 1/3 of your protein composition. It is also a major building block for bones, skin, muscles, tendons, and ligaments. Basically the glue that holds your body together! It helps keep your skins structure and firmness and even plays a part in helping your blood clot. As you age, your body starts producing less and less collagen, (around age 28 you no longer make it) so you need to replace that with a supplement.

Over the years I have tried my fair share of collagen. I never really saw any noteworthy results until I tried this liquid collagen! Liquid collagen is 20 times stronger and your body absorbs it 90% better.

The daily dose is 1 tablespoon in the morning, and one at night. You can choose to do the same type for both, or mix and match. Right now I am taking the TRIM in the morning. Last but not least in the vitamins and supplements roundup is something I recently added and has been a major game changer. I have shared on here a few times that I have digestive issues. Going to the bathroom sometimes isn’t as regular as it should be (TMI) which can lead to stomach aches. I had heard so many good things about these digestive pills that I had to try them and they were worth it!!
